Organisation administrators sign in to the Klyntara portal with verified email. Microsoft sign-in is available only when a supported OAuth application is configured. Users read mail in Outlook, not in the Klyntara portal.

Klyntara helps institutions turn on the security features available in the purchased Microsoft licenses. We do not invent seals, audits, certifications, or a live security score.
MFA setup assistance
We guide administrators through multi-factor authentication available on the selected licenses. MFA for Klyntara operators is enforced where the authentication stack supports it.
Email authentication
SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records are generated after the tenant and domain are known. Domains are verified by a server-side DNS TXT lookup — never by a checkbox.
License-dependent capabilities
Advanced Defender, Purview, archiving, and legal hold depend on the SKU. They are add-ons unless the approved proposal includes them.
